The listing specialist on a mega team is a seller consultant. This course focuses on how to secure the listing, help the seller deal with issues concerning the house and work with the buyer's agent. Review the job description of a listing specialist, identify the three best sources for seller leads, and learn to prospect for FSBOs, expired listings and past client referrals. Conduct a seller interview and prepare for a winning listing consultation. Handle the common objections sellers have. Secure listings, review and present offers, and make counteroffers. Create an action plan with accountability that ensures continued success.
