Dear Respected Business Leaders,
We are pleased to announce that Keller Williams Realty of Puget Sound's 3rd annual "KWPS Cares" (Keller Williams Puget Sound Cares) charity auction and community dinner will take place on November 3, 2013 at The Rainier Room at the Truitt Building in Auburn, WA.. The evening will feature a silent auction and entertainment followed by a wonderful dinner hosted by Odd Fellows Eatery. Dinner will be followed by competition for great desserts, the evening program will conclude with a dynamic live auction.
It is only through your generosity that KWPS Cares is able to make a difference in the lives of many in our community. The proceeds of this year's auction will go to help a soldier and his bride to be, Emely, adapt to their new world. On 3/17/13 Sam was sweeping mines in Afghanistan when one exploded, Sam lost both of his legs, some fingers, he had broken bones and a ruptured ear drum among many other injuries. He has had over 20 surgeries, but Emely thankfully says he is, "Alive and he still has his wit, charm, and beautiful smile." Emely, with help of her family & friends went to be by his side and support him in his recovery. They are in Washington DC while he is still getting treatment but will be returning to Tacoma, WA. Even though the military will help with some things, there is much more that Sam and Emely will need.
The Keller Williams Family is very special. It is exhilarating and heartwarming to witness our consultants and clients make every effort to include each family in the KWPS Cares Auction fundraising efforts. We have the imagination, determination, contacts, and resources to make this auction even more successful than last years.
What is your role? We need your donations and attendance. The success of this charity auction relies heavily upon the support from you and of local businesses in our community. Everyone can play a role. Please examine your resources and contacts for possible donations. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a loyal following from the Keller Williams Community.
