With growth comes opportunity.  We are pleased to announce that Pam Ranch has been given the opportunity to become a Maps Leadership Coach.  KW MAPS' Mission is to transform lives and businesses through coaching and teaching.  She will be coaching Team Leaders from across the nation towards achieving their goals.  It has been an honor having had Pam be our leader for the past 10 years.  She will also be joining Dennis Ranch as the Co-Operating Principal assisting with Market Center business decisions.

As KW Puget Sound continues to grow, we are honored to announce KWPS’ new Team Leader and CEO, Rebecca Jones.  Rebecca has been assisting customers in the title and escrow industry since 1989, and also has experience working in publishing as well as customer service. Her unique background has prepared her to assist KWPS from all walks of life, in any situation. She has a degree in Public Relations from Western Washington University, and is a Continuing Education instructor as well. In Rebecca’s spare time, she and her family enjoy hiking, skiing water and snow, snowshoeing, and cycling.  We are all honored, humbled and are excited to get to work with Rebecca as our new Team Leader to help KWPS move forward.
